Book Cover - The Wonderful Wizard of Oz

Two concept designs for L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. I am an illustrator at heart so one includes the characters from the story and the other is more type focused. Using elements from the story to incorporate as design elements, I wanted to create a different feeling for each cover. Both very playful and fun, but each with their own style.
